Brian lives in Lexington with his wonderful wife Megan and their three children. When he’s not breaking up fights between their two sons or telling stories to their daughter, you can find him out in his workshop, reading a good book, running, or creating a new recipe in the kitchen. He is a natural problem solver with a heart to serve others and bring a little order to our everyday chaos. Brian approaches every task whether personal or professional with a heartfelt thanksgiving for the gifts he's been given.

Brian thrives in the details of complicated systems and has vast experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Salesforce and countless other services and integrations.

Some highlights of Brian’s professional career include:

• Working for a media company as a digital program director.
• Helping start a non-profit counseling center, setting up processes and systems including patient scheduling and intake, health provider billing, and office administration.
• Designing and implementing a manufacturing company’s service ticketing system.
• Developing in-depth training program for a manufacturing company’s large portfolio of unique industrial, commercial and residential products.
• Starting a department that identified, trained and supported a nationwide network of sub-contractors.
• Developing and launching a complete pricing structure for a 40 million dollar annual revenue service business.
• Leading multiple teams through company wide changes in software and processes.
